Fri: 5 miles
Sat: 7 miles
Sun: Rest

Week 8: 22-25 miles

Mon: 3 miles; 2x [2:00, 3:00, 4:00]
Tue: Cross-training, strengthening
Wed: EITHER 1 mile; 10x Perry's Hill; 1 mile OR last Wednesdays schedule
Thu: Rest
Fri: 5 miles
Sat: 8 miles
Sun: Rest
